Case three: Overhaul for HTC Made Powered Turbine for the Blast Furnace Fan of Anyang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.

   Anyang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. invited our company to overhaul steam turbine drive for the blast furnace fan in 2016. The turbine model (HNK63/90) is a kind of high temperature and high pressure unit which manufactured by HTC. It has a high standard in the design and manufacture and it has higher requirement compared to general one in installation and maintenance. For example, the steam turbine cylinder bolts and high pressure main stop valve is very difficult to assembled and disassembled ,so the workload is very heavy. The on-site maintenance technicians still completed the maintenance work of the turbine with excellent skills and rich experience. After the maintenance, the unit operates well and efficiently, which brings more economic benefits for customers.
